Following steps:

• Open Photoshop application.
• Go to file menu and click on Open or press Ctrl+O.

• Show a new window on your screen.

• Set the path and select the image  you  want to edit it and click on Open.

• Picture can load in Photoshop.
• Duplicate the layer by pressing Ctrl+J.
• Click on Adjustment layer (blow the layer panel).

• Show a different option on your screen.
• click on Gradient .

• To show a box on your screen set the value as you required.

• After set the value of Gradient select the Gradient layer and change the mode.

• Normal to Soft light.
• Show a Gradient effect on your Picture.

• Save the image.
