Following steps of Convert image to sketch:     

• Open Photoshop application.
• Go to file menu and select Open or press Ctrl+O (Custom shortcuts in PS).
• To show a new window on your screen.
• Select the image you want to edit it. 

• Press Open.
• Picture can be load in Photoshop.

• Duplicate the layer by pressing Ctrl+J.
• Select the Duplicate layer.
• Click on Adjustment layer (blow the layer panel) and select the HUE/SATURATION.

• To show a color menu and change the value of Saturation (-100).

• Go to layer panel and select the copy layer.
• Change the mode of copy layer Normal to Color dodge.

• Press Ctrl+I to invert the image.

• Go to filter menu and select the Blur and select the Gaussian Blur.

• After click on Gaussian Blur to show a new box on your screen.

• Set the value of Radius as you required.
• Press OK.
• The Picture has been convert into Sketch.

• Go to file menu and click on Save or press Ctrl+S.
• To show a new window on your screen.

• Select the Path of Picture and Type the name of the Picture and select the type of the picture(JPEG) and select Save
• To show a new box.

• Set the quality of the picture(maximum) and progressive value 5.
• 0.Press OK
