Some following steps of apply lipsticks.

• Open Photoshop application
• Go to file menu and select open or press (Ctrl+O)
• Show a new window on your screen.

• After selecting image you want to edit it then press OPEN.
• The Picture can be load in Photoshop.
• Duplicate the layer by pressing Ctrl+J.
• Select the copy layer and Uncheck the original layer.
• Select the pen tool from tool bar or press "P".
• Select the lips with the help of Pen tool.

• After selecting the lips Right click on lips

• Select the "Make Selection" open a new box.

• Enter the value of "Feather Radius"as you require (acording to me the value of minimum like2)and press "OK"
• The Vacter path can convert by a selection.

• Select the foreground color black and press Alt+Delete

• Press Ctrl+D to Delete a selection.

• Change the mode Normal to overlay.

• Change the value of opacity we want to adjust the color of lips

• Save the picture by pressing Ctrl+S
• Show a new window select path and type the name and select the file type (.JPEG) and press OK
• Show a new box set the quality of the picture (maximum) and select prograssive value 5
• Press "OK"
