how to use Pattern in Photoshop
Steps:
- Open Photoshop application.
- Press Ctrl+N to create a new document.
- Press Ctrl+J to Duplicate layer.
- Double click on duplicate layer.
- After click on duplicate layer show a layer style box.
- Click on "Gradient overlay" to show a Gradient panel.
- Click on "Down arrow" symbol to show a presets Gradients. Click on the setting icon which are available in top right corner.
- You see that two portion of red selected areas.
- For adding new Gradients(Load Gradients), Reset Gradients, Save Gradients and Replace Gradients.
- 2nd portion of red selected areas are used to add presets Gradients which are not shown on Gradients panel.
- Click any Gradients which you want to add in Gradient panel(like: Metals).
- show a new box.
- Show three new options.
- Cancel: cancel mean if you don't add Gradients.
- OK: ok mean only show new Gradients (remove all other Gradients which already exist in Gradients panel).
- Append: append mean show all Gradients (new + already exist)
- Recommended click on Append.
- New Gradients added successfully.
